Graphics progress sneak peek

Want to get a quick look at some graphics exploration for our game? You can watch the video above to satisfy your curiosity. These are not final graphics, and are subject to change throughout development. At the moment, we plan to have a more “flat” look, but with the shadow style seen in the video. We also plan to include various prop effects, much like the flower and the wind as also seen in the video.

November 2017 Progress News

Our project is still growing as always, and we’re happy to tell you that we’ve still made lots of progress in the past few months. We’ve got lots more concepts done for proposed features and graphical designs, as well as many more objects and semi functioning in-game tools (still in progress, of course). We’re also happy to announce that our team has grown a bit in the last month, so things have been going quicker. However this doesn’t mean we won’t take any new developers interested in contributing, which you can always contact us about. We hope to see you stick around!

3D Animators Wanted

Hey everypony! The Ponies Team is looking to recruit some animators who can create character and object animations. These involve basic social interaction, object interaction, basic character reactions and locomotion animations. If you are interested, you can either contact us here or join our Discord server here to interact with the developers about joining the team.

Welcome to the new website!

Hey everypony! We’re happy to welcome you to our new website for The Ponies. October has been an exciting month for us, as we’ve been given the opportunity to get on our own domain and redesign our website. We’ve also made a lot of technical progress on the project, such as creating the framework for a terrain editing system; which we’ll later use to progress into designing the buy and build mode for the game. If you happen to have any questions, or would even like to apply to contribute to the project, you can contact us here or join us on Discord.
