We’ve got a new progress update video showcasing some more object placement, along with the floor tool. There’s obviously still a lot to do, but we thought it would be great to show you what we’ve had going this month. Also, if you hadn’t seen it yet, we’ve uploaded our current soundtrack to our channel. There’s still more songs on the way for that, so keep your eyes peeled! The post below this one will have a link to the OST playlist.
UPDATE: Did you miss out on the coding livestream for our project? Have no fear! You can watch it here: https://youtu.be/QCaRUmmsikw
Attention everypony! On Tuesday, at 2 PM UTC (7 AM PT, 10 AM EST), one of our awesome programmers will be streaming some coding for the game. Tune in on Twitch at https://twitch.tv/ebunix, or YouTube at https://gaming.youtube.com/channel/UClDSl_np6g6RxufWbqn5O7w. We hope to see you there!
We have 3D modeling and 3D animating positions open! If you are interested, please contact us here or let one of our developers know directly by using our Discord chat. Be sure to provide examples of your work. If you use the contact form, you may not be able to provide work samples at first (except via link), but the project manager will reply back, which work samples can be directly provided from there. We look forward to hearing from you soon!
We’ve got a new progress update to share with you! The past few months, we’ve been working on all kinds of things for the project – including buy mode, property loading, etc. Feel free to take a peek at the video to see what we’ve got going.
We’ve got some exciting news for you of some stuff we’ve been working on in the past month. Firstly, we now have a basic terrain system which will be used for the game’s lots. We plan on soon having a customizable terrain, which would include tools for raising, lowering, and re-texturing it. Secondly, we’ve been further piecing together the main parts of the game’s UI, such as the general HUD and a brand new Create-A-Pony UI. The smaller things we’ve been working on include more of the game’s objects, as well as silly descriptions for them. We hope you’ll stick around for more information and updates on The Ponies Project!
