Happy New Year!

We hope that everypony will have a wonderful 2018, and in the year we plan to provide you even more insight into the content we will create for The Ponies. The project has had a great run through all of 2017, so we hope this year will be even better. With each major change in every build of the game, we will showcase it both on our website and our social media pages.

December Update

We’ve got some exciting news for you of some stuff we’ve been working on in the past month. Firstly, we now have a basic terrain system which will be used for the game’s lots. We plan on soon having a customizable terrain, which would include tools for raising, lowering, and re-texturing it. Secondly, we’ve been further piecing together the main parts of the game’s UI, such as the general HUD and a brand new Create-A-Pony UI. The smaller things we’ve been working on include more of the game’s objects, as well as silly descriptions for them. We hope you’ll stick around for more information and updates on The Ponies Project!

Become part of the team

Interested in joining The Ponies team? For the coming months, we will be looking to grow our team. Ideally, the project would be most benefited with more of the following: C# programmers with Unity experience, 3D modelers, 3D animators, and 2D animators. In order to qualify for joining the team, you need to be able to provide a piece of work to demonstrate your skills and experience. For inquiries regarding this topic, please contact us and we will reply to you as quick as possible.

November 2017 Progress News

Our project is still growing as always, and we’re happy to tell you that we’ve still made lots of progress in the past few months. We’ve got lots more concepts done for proposed features and graphical designs, as well as many more objects and semi functioning in-game tools (still in progress, of course). We’re also happy to announce that our team has grown a bit in the last month, so things have been going quicker. However this doesn’t mean we won’t take any new developers interested in contributing, which you can always contact us about. We hope to see you stick around!
